Abbey Clancy reveals just how she stays in enviable shape as she enjoyed a light fruit snack while soaking up the rays on the beach in Italy.
On day two of her luxury break in Sardinia with footballer beau Peter Crouch, Abbey looked stunning in a white bikini as she chilled on a sun lounger.
Peter caught up on all the news back home, as he sat with a copy of the Daily Mail - what else - and later headed into the water to cool off.

Yesterday, the couple, who have been together for three years, kissed and canoodled as they relaxed during a break on the Italian Island.
Abbey, 23, showed off her toned figure in a silver bikini while Portsmouth striker Peter opted for white shorts.
The twosome took turns rubbing sun cream into each other’s skin with Abbey lovingly cupping her man’s face in her hands before massaging his head.

Meanwhile Peter is currently contemplating his future at Portsmouth after a difficult season in which the club lost manager Harry Redknapp and came dangerously close to relegation.
Despite their reported engagement, the couple are in no rush to wed.
Abbey said recently: 'One day yeah. I’m just so happy with my life at the minute - touch wood everything is like perfect. I’m enjoying my work and he’s enjoying his work and we’re happy together.
